"Soldiers Lacked Permission to Fire"

The Middle East is a blaze and the terrorists are celebrating. Why? Because Israeli soldiers no longer dare to take the initiative and shoot when they see another Israeli soldier kidnapped.

That is the unintended consequence of the new rules of war which prevail in today's world.

We must do a serious rethink.
