Iraqi Shi'ite Militia Ready to Join Fight in Lebanon
"The group is forming a squadron of up to 1,500 fighters." UN Observer Seriously Wounded by Hezbollah Fire Monday: 81 Rockets Hit North, 50 Hurt "Rockets land across Galilee Monday afternoon. Two civilians moderately to seriously injured in Maalot; five hurt in Tiberias. Some 50 people hurt by rockets since morning." IDF Targets Car Carrying Fleeing Hezbollah Members "The IAF targeted a car carrying Hezbollah members who were fleeing a rocket launching site on Monday afternoon, east of Tyre in southern Lebanon. The IDF also struck a structure in the area being used by the guerillas." Several Wounded by Rocket in Tiberias  Nahariya man carrying a part of a Katyusha rocket. "Hezbollah resumed its attacks on Monday afternoon, firing around 70 rockets. Rockets were fired at the Krayot (Haifa Bay area), Acre, Nahariya and Safed. IDF Attacks Rocket Warehouse in Gaza "The warehouse was used to store rockets to be fired at Israel. Islamic Jihad ran the warehouse. Secondary explosions were observed at the warehouse demonstrating the existence of explosives at the site." Two IAF Pilots Killed in Apache Crash Monday "Two IAF pilots were killed when an Apache Longbow helicopter crash landed north of Safed on Monday afternoon, the army announced. The causes for the crash were being investigated." An Iranian Hand Guides Hezbollah, By Dennis Ross "The Syrians seem to believe that Iran is on a roll, and better to be playing along with it than with others, and they clearly see little price for doing so."
