You should be ashamed of your bias attitude to the destruction of Lebanon. What Israel is doing is equal to what the Nazi's did to the Jewish people. Israel is no better than the Nazi's and their superior race attitude to other people. Take a really good look at yourself's, and your justification to destroy anything or anyone you desire. You have Nuclear weapons and often threaten your neighbours with destruction and you wonder why other middle eastern countries seek nuclear weopons.
Isreal is the biggest TERRORIST state in the whole of the region, and want's to dictate to all other countrie's. You should be ashamed to call yourselve's religous people. You have no respect for the right's of the innocent. Israel are so weak and pathetic, that you won't even take Hezbollah on with a total ground assault, for fear of loosing to many soldiers. Hezbollah have demoralized your army twice before and if you fought fairly, they would again and again. Instead Israel is destroying the beautiful country of Lebanon and soon you will have only one friend, in the U.S.A. With the rise of China and Europe, this may soon not be enough. Please honestly think about the impacts of your destruction have on jewish people all over the world, for it is only a matter of time that they will reep the worlds anger of your actions. The death toll of the Lebanese and Palestinians hugely outways your death toll, the truth is plain to see for any intellectually guided individual. Show some humanity and stop being such a GREEDY RACE OF PEOPLE. You killed Jesus for loving humanity and equality and now you strive rule the whole region....SHAME SHAME SHAME. Adam, I have to wonder by what form of delegation you represent the "concerned people of Australia". But the indignation you refer to is scary. Here in America radical Mexican separatist groups are taking this opportunity to also show their "anti-zion" agenda. Why the bother talking about Israel at all is strange to me. Hugo Chavez criticised Israeli Zionists because they repeatedly condemn Adolf Hitler's actions against the Jews when they themselves are doing the same against the Palestinian people. You overlook the fact that Jewish followers of Jesus living in Jerusalem (After the death of Jesus) were supported financially and spiritually by gentiles, according to the New Testament. Your venom directed toward Jews was not shared by the first Christians. If you want to slam Jews, leave Jesus out.
Though Jews & Christians have had differences, you cannot go anywhere in my part of Texas (right now) without seeing Christian church signs supporting Israel.

At times I feel overwhelmed by pain and sadness in watching the destruction and slaughter in Lebanon AND Gaza. My country makes expedited RUSH shipments of bombs to Israel and supplies Israel with support from our own NSA -- The US will not have a cease-fire resolution until Israel says it's okay to have one -- all the talk of working so hard for a cease-fire is just BS. To the people of Lebanon and Gaza I say I am so, so sorry.

to alicia...were you 'overwhelmed by pain and sadness' as hundreds of israelis were killed by terrorists as they went about their business for the last twenty years???? it's amazing how the selective sympathies of the liberal persuasion seem to fit in so nicely with what's politically correct...try reading the setting up of kana post on this site (with an open mind if possible) and consider the possibility that hizballah in their infinite goodness and innocence might, just might, have been somewhat complicit in the deaths of these civilians...i mean, what a great rap it provided on the liberal media...and as you read it, think about the rockets raining down by their hundreds, thousands on innocent israeli civilians and then ask yourself if you've considered the possibility that civilian life may be more than a little meaningless to these people...and then consider that israel warned the civilians for three days to get out of the area from which the rockets were being fired...read a little more than your favourite liberal media source before forming conclusions about what's going on!
