Rockets Hit Lebanon Despite Cease-Fire
"Hezbollah fired at least 10 Katyusha rockets that landed in southern Lebanon early Tuesday, the Israeli army said, adding that nobody was injured. The army said that none of the rockets had crossed the border and so it had not responded."

"The French commander of UNIFIL, Maj.-Gen. Alain Pellegrini, said Tuesday that his peacekeeping force will not disarm Hezbollah. Hezbollah was an internal Lebanese matter, and the 15,000 UN troops to be deployed would not get involved, Pellegrini said. It was up to Lebanon to deploy its army and deal with the Hezbollah presence."
