The criticism of district officials is classic multiculturalism. The first problem is, of course, the safety of students. Also, the burning of the flag is "offensive to many people." Of course, it would be offensive to many Muslims if had eaten a ham sandwich in the cafeteria, which is why Copenhagen has banned all non-halal food from its public schools. No one mentioned that this is precisely the opposite of the values that a teacher is supposed to be inculcating.
