The cabinet set up by the government for the rehabilitation of the north convened on Tuesday in a Galilee village for its second conference in order to lay out its future steps for the restoration of the north from the damages it suffered during the war.
Prime Minister Ehud Olmert stood up against the claims of the failure to take care of the home front: "I don't understand all the hysteria over the neglect of the north. We are preoccupied with self-flagellation. There is no need for that."
