No Prison for Most US Terror Convicts

The criminal justice element of the War on Terror is a joke.

90% of cases submitted by federal agencies such as the FBI are never prosecuted by the Justice Department. Less than half of those convicted of terrorism receive any prison sentence. Those who receive jail time continue their jihad without a sabbatical--America's most dangerous men (such as Muslim prison converts Jose "Dirty Bomb" Padilla and Richard "Shoe Bomb" Reid) are within reach of their outreach (da'wa).

Fortunately, the military aspect of the War on Terror seems appropriate:
