Israel Will Release More Terrorists for Another PA Promise to Combat Terrorism

During next week's Sharon-Abbas summit, Israel will reportedly offer to free more Arab terrorists beyond the 900 already released, despite the estimated 50% recidivist rate, such as last month's Be'er Sheva suicide bomber reported here. Israel has repeated its criterion that released terrorists must be free of "blood on their hands," which means that attempted murderers qualify, such as the underwear bomber who received half the sentence of the American underwear thief reported here previously. She was an attempted mass murderer of children in an Israeli hospital where she was receiving free medical treatment. A technical glitch prevented her multiple attempts to detonate.

The PA will continue its tradition, inaugurated at Oslo, of offering a promise to crack down on terror in exchange.
