IMRA notices a rare moment of moral clarity from PA President Abbas in his condemnation of the bombings in Amman, Jordan:
Palestinian flags were lowered to half mast on official buildings as leader Mahmud Abbas denounced the blasts as a "crime against humanity and Arab security."
Compare this to his usual language of "condemnation," for example this one of the attack in Hadera, Israel:
Palestinian Authority president Mahmoud Abbas condemned the attack in a statement, saying that "such operations harm the Palestinian people's interests and could widen the cycle of violence and bloodshed." He called the attack a "severe breach" of a truce negotiated in Cairo among militant factions.
I do not believe any PLO official has ever condemned attacks against Israelis in moral terms.
