When Will the PA Security Services Stop the Rocket Launchers?

The Palestinian security services, with their thousands of armed men in the Gaza Strip, do not take action against the rocket launchers. The absurdity of it is that the U.S. pressured Israel to consent to providing these security services with tens of thousands of Egyptian bullets. However, many bullets remain in storage (and not used for the purpose of enforcing law and order) or else are used in gang warfare.
